Refund policy
Draft placeholder for the demo.
If you paid and could not access your pack, contact us within 7 days with your M-Pesa reference. We will fix the problem or refund you in full.
If you were charged twice for the same pack, we refund the duplicate payment.
Because packs are digital, we don't usually refund once a pack has been downloaded and opens correctly. That is why every pack has sample pages you can preview before paying.
